The blue bin recycling program is a standardized program for all health authority-owned hospitals and residential care sites.

This catalogue provides purchasing information for the standardized recycling equipment including bins, lids, and signage. This resource should be used for all purchases of recycling equipment, and in conjunction with the Waste Management Space Design Guidelines to determine where the recycling bins should be placed.

A recycling station will consist of two blue bins (mixed paper and mixed containers) and paired with a garbage bin.
