• Fun & Cool Place brand recognition– Lots of Unsolicited Resumes which don’t fit
• Higher Risk/Higher Reward environment– Cultural fit
• Hiring needs are vast – Ranging from a Kindergarten teacher for Yahooligans to a
very technical qualification like PHD for Research
