WehaveanimportantrolewithinthecommunitiesofBromsgroveandthesurroundingareasandwearestronglycommittedtoremainingindependent.TheorganisationwascreatedinApril2004whenitpurchasedtheoriginalstockfromBromsgroveDistrictCouncil.Sincethattimebdhthasbeenveryactiveinbuildingnewhomes,increasingthetotalstockbyover10%inthelastfiveyears,providingmoreaffordablehousingsolutionsforpeopleinneed.
Thebusinessisregisteredasacharityandoperatesonanot-for-profitbasis,butisfirstandforemostacommercialbusiness,albeitonethatfocusesuponsocialoutcomes.
