HelloLike you, I know first-hand what it is like to have responsibility for recruitment for an organisation. My entire career has been in recruitment, with the majority of it client-side in talent acquisition for HR teams. During this time, I have been approached by hundreds of recruitment suppliers each claiming to be different from the rest, but struggling to articulate why. How does it work?Each of the modules below can be used independently or end to end for full recruitment campaign management. Total costs will never exceed the agreed percentage of basic salary, even if you end up hiring more than one person. Module one – definingAgreeing your recruitment needsAll good partnerships start with a conversation. We listen to what you want – the essence of the role including the key functional requirements, the attitude and behaviour needs, the organisational challenges and the career opportunity. We confirm the current situation and the required changes.

We agree the recruitment campaign timelines and measures of success, help you to build your employee value proposition and give you a one page position overview.

Module three – approaching & assessingEvaluating candidates We approach all relevant headhunt targets and manage every application, giving a professional candidate experience.

We design a pre-screen assessment from scratch or in conjunction with your own internal process. The assessment will align with the requirements identified in your position overview. We assess all candidates including any direct or referred candidates so you have a consistent approach.

We design a market research brief with you to capture insight from your candidates

We provide our findings – positive and negative – and make evaluations on each application which you have access to via the portal.

Finally, we present you with our assessed shortlist.
