Careers
The Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for consultative
and strategic sales activities, from lead generation through
close within an assigned territory. The SA works within the
sales and support teams for the achievement of revenue
generation, customer satisfaction and long-term account
goals in line with the company vision and values.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience
• 1-2 years outside sales/servicing experience and/or
related degree
• Strong customer service and client retention skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication and
presentation skills required
The Outside Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for consultative and strategic sales activities, from
lead generation through close within an assigned territory. The Outside SE works within the sales
and support teams for the achievement of revenue generation, customer satisfaction and long-term
account goals in line with the company vision and values. The role focuses on acquiring, penetrating,
managing and retaining customers for digital offerings while working remotely in expansion markets.
Being sales and performance driven with dedication to achieving goals will be critical to company
success.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience
• BA/BS degree preferred
• 3-5 years successful outside B2B sales experience and/or industry-related experience
• Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required
• Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM is preferred

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for territory development, prospecting, qualifying, cold calling
and maintaining a current customer base. They will generate revenue by selling products and services to
Small-Unit Owners and Property Management companies via the telephone and occasional visits in assigned
territories. The AE will manage an existing account base, renew client advertising, and grow the existing
customer base. This position requires someone with previous sales experience, a self-starter with a strong
work ethic, drive and determination, and self-motivation. Also required are well developed prospecting,
qualifying, and closing skills; the ability to effectively communicate at all levels; time management skills; and
Internet prospecting skills. Experience using CRM tools is highly desirable.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
• 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record
• Computer proficiency with strong Internet skills
• BA preferred
The Market Sales Manager (MSM) is responsible for management
of the Apartment Guide and/or The New Home Guide sales,
operations, and production. The MSM is also responsible for
budgeted revenue goals set for the market and adherence to
company business guidelines.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
• Requires AA Degree and/or 3-5 years successful outside sales/
sales management experience
• Proven ability to initiate strategies for revenue growth
• 2 years’ experience with a proven track record for hiring,
managing and training exempt personnel
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
