Sourcing & Recruiting candidates with critical skills to fill job orders and build an engaged candidate database. This includes direct recruiting through existing ETS database, ETS-paid technology platforms, social media, referrals from both candidate and client sources, networking, and any other effective sources which taps a quality candidate pool. Screening or “interviewing” candidates in-person, via telephone or video interviewing platforms to assess aptitude, skills, experience, key employment require- ments, and fit at client companies. Afterwards, it is expected recruiters verify information through refer- ence and records checking. Matching, Marketing & Placing qualified and employable talent to active job orders or client companies open to meeting candidates, by determin- ing fit and following appropriate recruitment process- es. Candidates should be matched to both client companies under your management AND companies under management of department teammates. Placement Retention: Maintaining and fostering relationships with employees on assignment and resolving all issues including those related to payroll, attendance, and performance. Using consistent placement touchpoints to monitor assigned employee job satisfaction and secure additional candidate referrals.
