Objectives
At the end of this workshop, the participants should:1. Know about how recovery is defined by people whose lives are affected by mental illnesses.
2. Identify some resources, skills, and efforts to maximize recovery.
3. Understand the use of mindfulness in recovery.

Doing the best you can with what you have to work with (Consumer/Family member/Mental health provider)
