Recommendation received from Senior Project Manager, Irrigation ATS, GMW who Mark reported to during his role as Project Manager, Irrigation ATS, GMW from 2005-2008. Mark Poole was employed as a Project Manager within Goulburn-Murray Water’s Asset and Technical Services Group between 2005 and 2008 and was managed by myself as Senior Project Manager during that time. Within this position, Mark undertook complex investigations, survey, design and construction contract management projects relevant to irrigation and drainage works in both structures and earthworks. The position required Mark to communicate with a diverse range of people including operational staff, customers, consultants, contractors and government agencies. Mark had excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills. Mark adopted well into the position and his technical skills were of an exceptional high standard. Mark showed immense respect for fellow work colleagues and was at all times a highly motivated individual who delivered projects on time and within budget with limited supervision.
