    As we all know that Food, Air and Water are three essential things and no one can

    So today we are going to discuss about one of our vital necessity. Without

    which one

    cannot think of their existence ,it is something that drives us.A well-toned belly can work

    well,love well and yes sleep well. This is what we have been spending hours, we race

    day and nights to bring a zeal in our life. Here, All of us know what we are talking about

    .Of Course, Cuisines .

    India is rich and diversified country with immense culture, immortal customs, beautiful

    ethics and delicious food.

    Whether it may be Passionate U.P. or Well Ionized South, Impeccable East or

    Personified Punjab, it is only taste that binds our soul together and forever.

    With this I am presenting you one of ever-delighting recipe of all the time made of cheesy

    love and spicy naughtiness PANEER TIKKA MASALA

    Ingredients:

    Juice of 1-1/2 lemon orlime juice.

    1/2 tsp. GaramMasala 1 tsp. sweet

    paprika powder

    for color

    1 cup naturalyogurt* (creamy

    yogurt is better).

    1 tsp. coriander

    powder 1 tbs. oil 1/2 tbs. tomat

    puree

    Salt according to taste

    1/2 tsp. chilli

    powder(adjust to taste)

    1 capsicum-

    mediumcubed

    500 gm cheese cubes

    Ingredients:

    For Gravy:

    Oil1 -2

    tbs

    teaspoon

    Cumin

    Seeds -1/2

    tbs

    Sliced Onion,1 cup or 2

    medium

    Ginger paste-

    teaspoonGarlic paste

    teaspoon

    Tomatoes1

    medium

    Red chilipowder2

    teaspoons

    Turmeric

    powder

    teaspoon

    Coriander

    powder

    teaspoon Cumin powder

    teaspoon

    Tomato puree

    (store bought)2

    tablespoons,

    optional

    Cilantro1

    tablespoon,

    chopped finely

    Kasoori methi

    (dried

    fenugreek

    leaves)

    teaspoon

    Heavy

    whipping

    cream (Malai)

    Instructions:

    Keep inRefrigeratorfor 1 hour.

    Add slicedCapsicum.

    Coat well withmarinade

    Add CheeseCubes.

    Mix well formarinade.

    Marinade

    Preparation:

    Take yogurt,lime

    juice,GingerPaste ,Garlicpaste ,GaramMasala,Chilli

    Powder andSalt in a

    bowl.

    Gravy Mix:

    Prepare all in gredients for Gravy. Chop onions finely andpuree the tomatoes roughly

    Heat oil in a wok or pan and fry cumin seeds. Let

    them sizzle.

    Add onions.

    Mix well. Cook till raw smell goes away and onion becomesbrown.

    Add ginger and garlic paste.

    Mix well and cook for 2-3 min.

    Add pureed tomatoes and salt.

    Mix well.

    Cook till all moisture goes away.

    Add red chili powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, cuminpowder. Mix well.

    Add tomato puree and cup of water.

    Mix well. Cook till oil separates from sides.

    Then add cilantro,kasoori methi and garam masala.

    Mix well.

    Add heavy cream and water(as needed).Mix well. Let it boil andthen turn off the stove.

    Points to ponder:

    You can addsliced green orred peppers(bell pepper orShimla mirch),thinly sliced, at

    step 3.

    Always use fullfat yogurt, ifpossible.Skimmed milkyogurtsometimescurdles during

    cooking.

    Make surethat thedish youarecooking isat roomtemperature.
