Step 3Beat the six eggs together in a bowl.

Step 5Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

Step 6In another bowl, beat together the butter and both typesof sugar until creamy.

Step 12Bake in the oven at 150°Cor Gas Mark 2 for about1½ hours. Check hourlyto make sure they do notover cook.

Step 13Remove from oven when done and allow to cool ona wire rack for 30 minutes.
