About the company
Company RECIF Technologies Bel (RTB) was founded in Belarus in 1993 by French industrial company RECIF Technologies. Having started from production of robotic components for the semiconductor industry, RTB has developed into a reliable outsourcing partner in high-precision materials processing. The company delivers to European customers as well to such companies from Russia and Belarus, which business is in in the aerospace, medical, optical, and oil and gas industries.

What are we doing
We provide services of high-precision processing of metals/alloys and engineering plastics, as well as a range of related services that help us to be unique in it kind: machining on turning and milling CNC processing
centers; galvanization; heat treatment; vibration technology of finishing; metrology and control on 3D measurement systems; development of production technologies and design
of parts and assemblies.
The high replicability of products is achieved both for milling and for turning due to unification of equipment and a high degrees of automation.
Specialization of RTB
We process frames and bodies of any combination of surfaces, high precision parts and cleanliness surfaces, as well as finalizing casts. Processed materials: Stainless steels and its alloys; Aluminum and titanium alloys; Structural steels; a wide range of engineering plastics (PPH,
PETP, PEEK, PA, PTFE, POM, PVDF и др.); copper, brass, bronze.

Galvanic coatings division
Coating by anodic oxide and chemical coatings on parts made of steel and aluminum alloys.
Line drawing of the zinc coating on steel parts (including with zinc chromate, zinc shining).
Equipment for chemical oxidation and passivation of aluminum alloys.
Equipment for chemical passivation of stainless steel.
Equipment for testing coatings for resistance the corrosion by the salt spray impact.

Due to the high technological discipline, experience and skill, we are able to perform processes of quality.
Types of galvanic coatings
An.oks. (OAS) - anodic oxide coating sulfate with gasket in distilled water and electrolytic chemical coloration. An.oks.nhr - anodic oxide sulphate coating with sealing in potassium dichromate. The coating thickness of 3 to 20 microns. Zn.6.Cr. – zinc with a thickness of 6 - 15 microns with a colorless chromated. Zn.9.Cr. – zinc thickness of 9 mm with iridescent chromate followed by varnishing. Zn.6.Cr.Shiny – zinc thickness of 6 microns with a colorless chromate shiny. Alodine – chemical oxidation of aluminum alloys in metal salts of hexavalent chromium. SurTech 650 –chemical oxidation of aluminum alloys in metal salts of trivalent chromium, eco-friendly. Chem.pass – chemical passivation of stainless steels and alloys.
Heat treatment equipment
Heat treatment of billets and parts: hardening; tempering; annealing; normalising.
Finishing by vibration processing (TROWAL, Germany)
This type of finishing allows to remove the traces of machining, improve the condition of the surface. Results in polishing, deburring, rounding off sharp edges the result. This process using friction wears. It does not amend to dimensional and geometric precision articles processed parts. Applied of plastics, aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metals, stainless steels etc.
Precision and quality control lab
Control of components to meet the requirements of the design documentation. The high level of training of specialists and high-tech equipment: MISTRAL Control and Measurement System – 3D program control
(automatic print of control results), the accuracy is 0.003mm; Measuring columns (measurement precision -0.005mm); Microscopes; devices for hardness and conductivity measurement.
Control coatings: control of coating thickness; control of protective properties; filling control; salt fog spray test.
Management system complies with ISO 9001: 2008
Accredited calibration laboratory. Accredited by the STB ISO / IEC 1705 calibration laboratory performs calibration of measuring instruments, geometric quantities and technical precision measurement.
Technological Bureau
Highly qualified of technologists provide the following services: the creation of 3D-models of parts; verification of 3D-models for
compliance with the requirements of the drawing;
the development of control programs for machining centers;
the development of technology components, including design and manufacturing of tooling.
