Products AvailableSOLID BAR STOCK - The ultimate in extra heavy recessed screens. Full 2" x 3/16" bars of solid brass, copper, steel, or stainless steel are crafted into beautiful fi nishes protected by a full width galvanized backplate. Several special options are available.

DECORATIVE FORMED METAL - Stylish recessed screens complete with a full width backplate offering a wide adjustability range for mounting and mesh height positioning. Offered in a variety of solid and powder coated fi nishes. Both recessed screen lines include a full range of options including corners, I-Beam construction and various mesh weaves and fi nishes.

Two lines of packaged replacement mesh sets are available - Standard 1/4" - 19 gauge mesh (new June 2008) or Premium 3/16" - 19 1/2 gauge mini-mesh. Available in 12 heights with two 24" wide panels and in 4 heights with two 30" wide panels. Available in a variety of fi nishes, the sets are attractively packaged with matching coil pulls in plastic bags with cardboard headers.

Superior Product QualityAll standard Cascade recessed screens feature heavy duty 1/4" - 19 gauge fi rescreen mesh which is hot zinc phosphate coated for corrosion resistance and to maximize paint adherence. Mesh fullness of 40% is added. Attractive patented positive control wands (pulls) are fi nished to match the hanger. Backrods are nickel plated for long lasting smooth operation. Heavy duty lintel clamps are supplied for easy mounting and tight fi t. Full length galvanized backplates insulate the hanger against heat damage and are designed to provide a wide range in mounting and mesh height adjustability. The extra heavy solid bar stock screen is crafted from full 2" x 3/16" bars of steel, solid brass, copper, or stainless steel. The edges of the hanger are much smoother and corners more square than can be achieved with sheared metal. The solid bar is attached to the galvanized backplate using stainless steel studs welded to the bar for extra strength. Studs support the weight of the bar only. Many upgrade options are offered: Optional pull chain operation, different weaves and mesh fi nishes - solid brass or stainless steel mesh, I-Beam construction and extra long 7" batons are some of the available options to offer your customer. Cascade screens are available in an unlimited range of custom sizes - extra large or unusual in shape.
