    IDBI MUTUAL FUND ANNOUNCES DIVIDENDUNDER IDBI NIFTY INDEX FUND (ON OCT 11 ,2010)IDBI Mutual Fund has declared dividendunder its scheme IDBI Nifty Index Fund. Thequantum of dividend decided for distributionunder the scheme is Rs.0.40 per unit. The recorddate for distribution of dividend is 14th October,2010. IDBI Nifty Index Fund is an open ended

    equity scheme tracking the S&P Nifty Index. Thescheme is benchmarked against S&P Nifty Indexand is managed by Mr. Gautam Kaul.

    URUS MF REVISES EXIT LOAD UNDER ITSSCHEMES (ON OCT 8 , 2010)Taurus Mutual Fund hasrevised exit load structure under its schemes, TaurusNifty Index Fund and Taurus Bonanza Fund. As per the

    revision, both the schemes will not charge any exitload. Currently, Taurus Nifty Index Fund charges 1 percent of exit load, if the investment is redeemed within15 days from the date of allotment; Taurus BonanzaFund charges 1 per cent of exit load, if the investment

    is redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment.The revision will be in effect from 08th October, 2010.

    EUTSCHE MUTUAL FUND REVISES LOAD STRUCTUREUNDER ITS SCHEMES (ON OCT 6 , 2010)Deutsche MutualFund has revised exit load structure under its schemes,DWS Treasury Fund - Cash Plan and DWS Short Maturity

    Fund. As per the revision, DWS Treasury Fund - Cash Planwill charge 1 per cent, if the investment is redeemed within7 days from the date of allotment; DWS Short MaturityFund will charge 1.50 per cent, if the investment isredeemed within 12 months from the date of allotment.The revision has been in effect from 04th October, 2010.

    The schemes are benchmarked against CRISILLiquid FundIndex and CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index respectively.

    PRINCIPAL MUTUAL FUND ANNOUNCES MERGER OFSCHEMES (ON OCT 7 , 2010)Principal Mutual Fundhas decided to merge Principal Resurgent India EquityFund into Principal Growth Fund. The dividend and

    growth option of Principal Resurgent India Equity Fundwill be merged into the respective options underPrincipal Growth Fund. After the merger, theinvestment objective, asset allocation pattern and allother features of Principal Growth Fund will remain

    unchanged. Investors, who do not agree with themerger, can redeem their investments from 30thSeptember, 2010 to 29th October, 2010 without anyexit load.

    inIndia, valuing the unit at 4 to 5 per cent of the assets ithas under management. Bank of America Merrill-Lynch has

    been appointed as the investment banker to broker a saleof AIG Global Investment Group Mutual Fund, which has Rs1,019.77 crore of assets under management (AUM). AIG isreported to be divesting and restructuring businesses and

    winding down exposure to some financial products as partof a worldwide effort to lower costs.
