To receive your CAD 75/CAD 30 Metzeler Visa Prepaid Card, you must:

(1) Online: go to www.metzelermotorebates.ca and select “Redeem Your Rebate”. Follow the directions to enter in your

name, email address, mailing address, purchase details and upload your sales invoice.

(2) Mail: go to www.metzelermotorebates.ca, select "New Claim Entry", download and complete the form or receive one

from your dealer. Please type/print clearly in large capital letters. This is the name that will appear on your Visa Prepaid Card.

Include a copy of your invoice, which must show your name, the qualifying Metzeler tires and their sizes, and the date of

purchase. Circle the tires purchased on your invoice. Substitutions are not eligible. Please do not use staples when sending
