FORMAT LINE 16100% coils & bars

FORMAT LINE 16 is the most innovative stirrup bender, designed to produce fitments out of coil or stock rebar from 6 mm (#2) to 16 mm (#5) in a versatile manner. The adoption of patented technical solutions, well proven in increasing the efficiency of rebar processing while minimizing the scrap generation (as low as zero), are the base for FORMAT LINE 16 (coil & bar) which offers stunning consistency in quality and quantity of finished products (patented anti twist system), whenever switching from coil to rebar or vice versa.

Syntax Line 28Full automated rebar processing

The SYNTAX LINE 28 is an “all in one” fully automated cut and bend station for processing of stock rebar up to #8. The introduction of two new devices makes the SYNTAX LINE 28 extremely flexible and productive. The first one, consists of a new auxiliary feeding device, allowing the automatic processing or extraction of the last bar segment starting from 850 mm in length. The second device is designed to process shapes with 180° angle bent in between of very short side lengths. All in all, the large extent of equipment functions, the flexibility in programming the production cycles and the availability of a “built in” optimization software, makes the SYNTAX LINE 28 suitable to fit to any production requirement, while providing an outstanding quality of the finished products.

PLANET 20 PlusThe most advanced coil machine in the world

PLANET 20 Plus fully automatic plants for the production of small and large size stirrups, straightened cut-to-length bars and bent shaped bars with bends at one or both ends.Diameters ranging single wire from 10 mm (#3) to 20 mm (#6) can be processed in a single wire and with double wire up to 16 mm (#5).Special (optional) device allows to automatically process any tags even containing odd quantities without stopping the machine. The NEW AFS (Advanced Feeding System) straightening device together with the Secondary Feeding Unit guarantees maximum Flexibility, Productivity and Quality of the final product.

FORMAT 16 HS 3DAdding a new dimension to your business

The new FORMAT 16 HS 3D is the most advanced and complete off-coil automatic stirrup bender available in the market , in terms of flexibility, productivity and quality of finished products. To the well known characteristics of the last HS generation of stirrup benders, the new model offers the flexibility to produce also three dimensional shapes. The exclusive and patented 3D system allows the fully automatic production of a wide range of shapes in various sizes and dimensions. The FORMAT 16 HS 3D, as usual, can process at high speed from 6 mm (#2) to 16 mm (#5) in single strand and from 6 mm (#2) to 12 mm (#4) in double strand when operated in 2D mode. It can process from 6 mm (#2) to 16 mm (#5) in single strand when operated in 3D function.
