Before a new product is launched it is thoroughly tested in our test centre to make sure that the product meets market demands and our own quality control.

Besides from development projects, our test centre is also used to test customer’s own materials, so a project adapted weighing solution can be constructed with the actual product properties in mind. this provides the customer with the optimal weighing solution.

the reliable and accurate weigh feeder JesBelt a is the result of many years of experience. Based on several hundreds of supplied weigh feeders, the JesBelt a represents the optimum technical solution within weigh feeders.

the Jesbelt a weigh feeder is built around an isolated weigh bridge with 4 pcs load cells and an automatic belt tension.this technical design creates excellent stability, accuracy and linearity in the operation of the weigh feeder - Benefits which are supported by the possibility to approve the JesBelt A according to the EU directives OIML R50, welmec and mid for purchase and sales.

Beside the wide standard range, the JesBelt a is also available as project designed equipment for any requirement.

the weighing section in the JesBelt s is inserted in the construction as a roller mounted on 2 pcs load cells. this construction provides excellent stability and accuracy, and together with the high signal rate incremental encoder (Tacho), a perfect operation and reliability in the daily use is achieved.

Weigh feeder - JESBELT D

modern process industries are often characterized by the lack of sufficient space. with its simple and compact construction, the JesBelt d provides a perfect alternative to insert a reliable weigh feeder in positions normally not accessible.

the Jesbelt d consists of a conveyor belt suspended in two supporting profiles. the belt runs on high precision turned end rollers and stainless belt running plates at inlet and discharge. the belt is provided with an adjustable nylon scraper which effectively cleans the belt at the discharge roller, and the belt is guided by a height adjustable edge guide.

the JesBelt K weigh feeder is specially designed for the food industry. compared with traditional weigh feeders, the JesBelt K design is considerably simpler, as the weighing part is inserted into the actual construction, and by means of a single point loadcell,excellent stability and accuracy is created.

the JesBelt K is constructed in modules and is very cleaning-friendly. the belt can easily be demounted, and all idlers can be dismounted and washed in a washing machine.

The weigher is carried out in stainless steel (AISI304)

ithe JesBelt f weigh feeder is designed to be simple and thereby easy to service. the design also allows project designed weigh feeder, thus makes it possible to adjust the weigh feeder to existing process lines and it provides a good alternative to the traditional belt conveyor with belt scale.

the JesBelt f weigh feeder is based on the lever principle and therefore well suited for applications with coarse, granular and dust like bulk materials with high temperature and/or abrasive characteristics. due to the rigid and sturdy construction the JesBelt f is suitable for heavy duty application industries such as weighing of e.g.: sand – gravel – lime – coal– rubber – waste and glass. the JesBelt f can handle product temperatures up to 160°c with a short peak temperature of 200°c.

Jesma has established a unique service- and calibration concept. the essence of the service concept is to reduce the costs related to unforeseen production breakdowns and unintended wear of the weighers and weighing systems.weighers and weighing systems are often an important unit in a production line and require therefore service both regularly and immediately. Because the weigher often is the centre in a company’s production line it is therefore of great importance that our service technicians are able to arrive promptly. we supply high-technology industrial weighing equipment, which is why we also have high quality requirements to suppliers and to our own produced weighing systems. we assure you the highest quality and top service when buying a weighing solution from Jesma.

the service agreement is free of charge, meaning that Jesma will arrange date and time for the service visit. a stop in the production line may be very costly and time consuming.• Investing in a proper service agreement is quickly returned, and at the same time

prevents an unexpected stop in the production line.• We offer service solutions for dynamic weigher and weighing solution completely

adapted to the customer’s need.• The service includes checking of the weighers function, test running and preparation

of calibration certificate (with traceable weights).• The number of yearly service visits depends on the customer’s need and quality
