The commission is due at the time of the closing of adeal that was either brokered by us or came about ba-sed on evidence supplied by us. We also have a claim toa brokerage fee when another deal - whose economicresults replace the originally intended deal - is substi-tuted for the original offer (for example, a rental or lea-singcontract insteadofa salesagreementor vice versa,foreclosure, an expansion of the offer, or especially thegranting of a pre-emption.)

The brokerage fee: - for purchase agreements or thepurchase of undeveloped or developed real estate at aforeclosure auction, as well as rights equivalent to realproperty, amount to 7,14 % of the total sales price inclu-sive of 19% VAT. - Three month rent exclusive of heatingcosts are due for commercial rentals or leases. 19 % VATis added to this amount. - For a pre-emptive right to buythat is recorded in the land register based on the valueof the property, we charge an additional 3,57 % on top ofthe usual brokerage fee (inclusive of 19% VAT).

We reserve also the right to act for a client on a com-mission basis.

No liability can be assumed for the completeness of thebusiness offer.
