A brokerage fee is categorically due when the desi-red economic results are achieved within the businessagreement. The agreementmust have been concludedas a result of our brokerage activities or based on evi-dence supplied by us. Our claim to a commission fee isnot affected when a closed deal is subsequently can-celled owing to a resolute condition, or cannot be fulfil-led for any other reason. The claim to a finder’s fee is notaffectedwhen a contract is concluded at a later date orunder other conditions.

Should the contract be completed by economically orlegally affiliated companies / persons / familymembersof the offeree, it still owes the commission.

The commission is due at the time of the closing of adeal that was either brokered by us or came about ba-sed on evidence supplied by us. We also have a claim toa brokerage fee when another deal - whose economicresults replace the originally intended deal - is substi-tuted for the original offer (for example, a rental or lea-singcontract insteadofa salesagreementor vice versa,foreclosure, an expansion of the offer, or especially thegranting of a pre-emption.)

The brokerage fee: - for purchase agreements or thepurchase of undeveloped or developed real estate at aforeclosure auction, as well as rights equivalent to realproperty, amount to 7,14 % of the total sales price inclu-sive of 19% VAT. - Three month rent exclusive of heatingcosts are due for commercial rentals or leases. 19 % VATis added to this amount. - For a pre-emptive right to buythat is recorded in the land register based on the valueof the property, we charge an additional 3,57 % on top ofthe usual brokerage fee (inclusive of 19% VAT).

We reserve also the right to act for a client on a com-mission basis.

No liability can be assumed for the completeness of thebusiness offer.

Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainingprovisions shall remain unaffected by this. The invalidprovisionsare tobe replacedbyvalidprovisions thatareequivalent – or come closest from an economic stand-point - to the meaning of the replaced ones.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (withthe exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type ofstandard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we areinformed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the samemeans ofpayment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any feesas a result of such reimbursement.
