    The Warren Miller Lodge is the beloved heart of the Yellowstone Club. For many years it has provided the perfect welcome into Club life – complete with incredible ski access, friendly faces, and bountiful amenities like fine dining, shopping, and youth programming. Now, the WML is set to become the anchor for the Village, the new

    bustling core of the Yellowstone Club. With the addition of the Village, Club services and amenities will continue

    to grow, offering Members and their guests an exciting mix of retail and dining options, lively outdoor gathering

    spaces, and residential condo residences.

    The Village development is situated adjacent to the current base area – walking distance from the Warren Miller

    Lodge and current ski lifts serving Pioneer Mountain. As the Club continues to move forward, the Village will

    also be home to the forthcoming Eglise Gondola, giving Members easy access to skiing at Eglise Mountain. Once

    opened, this new terrain will feature meadows of Private Powder™ trails.

    The core of the new Village is comprised of three new buildings, two of which offer ground-level retail and services

    and upper level residential spaces. The third new building, the Waterfall building, is solely residential. Nestled

    between the buildings lie countless friendly touches: outdoor fireplaces, water features, and clustered seating

    areas. New Member amenities include locker facilities, a spa and fitness area, a market, underground parking, and

    two new restaurants. A total of 48 new residential units complete the village core: numerous floor plans and sizes

    allow for a wide range of choices – each completed to meet exacting YC construction standards.

    The Village combines all the very best features of a traditional ski village – cozy nooks and charming businesses,

    skier services, shopping, and eateries – with the famed Montana lifestyle. It’s a modern feel with rustic edges,

    incredible amenities with genuine hospitality, and perfect skiing with the inimitable Rocky Mountains.

    The addition of the Village Core allows for new residential options for base area living. Members

    will love the proximity to amenities,

    skiing, and other outdoor recreation.

    are carefully crafted to capture all

    available views, including Eglise

    The four-dozen residential units are spread across the Village Core. Many are nestled above the amenities in

    the Village, while others are in the Waterfall building, composed solely of residential units. All buildings feature

    plans that range from just under 2,000 square feet to well over 8,000 square feet. Smaller units will have two to

    three bedrooms and baths, while larger units may have up to six bedrooms and seven baths. Many residences have
