• THE Original Sandwich SAUCE™ Real Brands recently acquired Original Sandwich SAUCE™,

(www.sauceconcepts.com) a unique line of bold, fresh and wonderful tasting sauces developed to enhance the taste and quality of all sandwiches! Company founder, Ed Schwartz, has joined the Real Brand’s executive management team as Board Member, President and COO. The Company believes that with the right marketing and distribution the brand can capture a significant market share in the sauce category.

LICENSED: HILLBILLY™ BEVERAGES

• HillBilly™Real Brands has acquired the world-wide rights to the HillBilly™ brand trade mark (www.HillBillybrand.com) for non-alcoholic beverages (i.e. lemonade, iced tea, etc.), beer and malt beverages. The HillBilly™ Brand is the classic American success story. It started as a late night idea jotted on a napkin and has developed into a premier “Lifestyle” brand.

The HillBilly ™ brand fills a niche in the clothing market by offering fashionable clothing for those who were “born country and raised outdoors” as well as those individuals who just appreciate the HillBilly ™ lifestyle. The company believes the success of the fashion and accessories of the brand will translate to the various aspects of the beverage markets to be developed.
