These are a set of books/ mauals developed by the US war dept during World War 2, for accelerated development of skilled people in a short time, to meet the war requirements. These are the fundamentals on which Toyota's training system was developed.

This book is added in this collection, for seeing how Toyota Visual concepts are presented. These lessons on Electrical are easily understandable with clear pictures and focus on visuals. We need to develop similar concepts wherever we are working.

Dr Shiegeo Shingo developed the conept of SMED - Single Minute Exchange of Dies, to reduce setting time
