Reading 3 : Know your customers

Knowing your potential customers is therefore important when you are thinking about location. Who are your customers? Where do they live or work or study? Can you locate your business close to a place where your potential customer frequently go?

Reading 3 : Know your customers

Then you need to think about how the customer will get to you. Can they walk? Is there a pavement outside? Is there a bus stop or sky train station nearby? If they can’t nearby? Many a business has collapsed because customers cannot park and so they choose to go somewhere else where they can park!
