– Emergency Support Function #3 Lead under the National Response Framework

– Cadres• Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders• Local Government Liaisons• Structural Safety Assessment for Urban Search and Rescue

– Subject Matter Experts– Planning and Response Teams

• Response: Power, Water, Ice, Infrastructure Assessment• Recovery: Debris, Roofing /Rapid Repair, Housing/Critical Public

Facilities– We have recently used team members for work in Haiti and

Pakistan – and foresee more of this happening

• USACE Reachback Operations Center– Automated Route Recon Kit (ARRK)– Tele-Engineering Equipment - mobile, secure VTC– Have used these teams for Civil Disaster work and see

using them more in the future
