Reaching Students on the West Coast of Florida July/August 2017

Gitche Gumee Camp

Praise the Lord for the June ministry to kids at Gitche Gumee Camp

on the shores of Lake Superior. We spent 2 weeks talking about mis-

sions to elementary and middle school kids. Several children accept-

ed Christ and it was an awesome week of ministry to the kids. One

counselor shared a tes#mony of a girl who had to talk to her mom

right away because of a decision she had made at camp. So the

counselor let the camper use her phone to call her mom. Several

campers indicated they

needed to make changes

in the friends they chose.

Three other campers

stood up in front of the

whole group to say we

are accep#ng Christ as

savior.

FBC Zhill Storm

Praise the Lord for 6 students who

went out from FBC Zephyrhills and

brought back 6 of their friends for

the STORM. Several decisions were

made a+er the Gospel was given and

then it was ice cream, pizza, games

and photo booth. Special thanks to

Jason & Barbara Hicks for pu0ng the

event together as well as many peo-

ple from the church who helped with

the food.
