INVITATION


INVITATION

1. By now you should have received

an email invitation from a member of

your firm’s TeamReach or

administrator

2. Within this email will be a URL where

you can go to create a Premium

account on Reachable and join your

company’s TeamReach

3. Copying that URL into your browser

will take you to a dedicated landing

page to start the process

TeamReach Invitation

The invitation URL will look something like this. .

REGISTRATION:

ACCOUNT INFORMATION


REGISTRATION Account Information

1. Clicking on the URL in your invitation email will

take you to a dedicated company registration

page

2. Complete the information, remembering to

use your company email

3. Select “Continue”

4. You will receive an email confirmation, with a

request to confirm the email address with

which you registered


JOINING TEAMREACH

Your company has licensed Reachable

with TeamReach, granting you premium

level access to Reachable and access

to the TeamReach collaboration

environment.

1. Premium level access removes limitations on

the number of allowable searches and lists

that exist within the Basic Reachable account.

2. TeamReach enables “who knows how”

functionality for your company. TeamReach

is opt-in, and you can opt-out at any time later

too.

3. To access your TeamReach premium

account, just click “Continue,” leaving the

“Activate TeamReach “check box selected.

1. Click the Confirm my email address link or

copy and paste the URL into a browser

window. This will confirm your new

Reachable account

CONTACTS


Your Data Is Yours: Your Reachable account and any data you upload to it is yours. You can delete the data, or make any

contacts private, at any time.

IMPORTING CONNECTIONS Overview

To get started, we will help you import

your contacts from many sources to

create the most complete picture of who

you know:

• LinkedIn

• Facebook

• Outlook

• Gmail

• Yahoo

• Other contacts (such as a .csv file)

IMPORTING LINKEDIN


IMPORTING CONNECTIONS LinkedIn - Manual: Import Your Public Profile

In case the automated importer is not permitted on your company’s network, use the Manual process to import

your Public profile and then your Contacts into Reachable by following these steps:

1 1. Click on the url provided to take

you to the location in LinkedIn to

download your profile

2. Hover over “Edit Profile” and

select “Export PDF”

3. Save the PDF to your computer,

then select “Upload PDF” in

Reachable and select the file.

4. This will start the process of

importing your profile into

Reachable and take you to a page

to upload your Contacts next

3. Save the CSV to your computer, then select

“Upload CSV” in Reachable and select the file.

4. This will start the process of importing your

contacts into Reachable.

To import your contacts into Reachable,

follow these steps:

1. Click on the url provided to take you to

the location in LinkedIn to download

your contacts

2. Ensure “Microsoft Outlook CSV” is

selected and click “Export”

IMPORTING FACEBOOK Importing contacts and profile information

1. Click “Add Facebook Friends” under to start

importing your contacts and profile

information from Facebook

2. If you aren’t logged into Facebook, you’ll be

prompted for your login information

3. Once you are logged in, the window will

close and the import will begin.

4. This import may take some time, but feel free

to continue the other imports during that time.

A “Completed “status will appear when it’s

done

IMPORTING OUTLOOK


IMPORTING OUTLOOK CONTACTS Upload File

You can also load your Outlook contacts. Once

you export your Outlook contacts to a Windows

csv file, you can upload them using the

following steps;

1. To upload an external Outlook csv file of

contacts, click on “Other” under email

2. Click “Browse” and select the file you wish

to import

3. Once you’ve selected it, select the “Import

Contacts” button, this will start the process

1. Click “Yahoo” under Email

2. If you aren’t logged into Yahoo, you’ll be

IMPORTING OTHER CONTACT FILES Upload File

You can also load other contact files you may

have, such as Outlook export .csv files.

1. To upload an external file of contact, click on

“Other” under email

2. Click “Browse” and select the file you wish to

import

3. Once you’ve selected it, select the “Import

Contacts” button, this will start the process


REGISTRATION: YOUR PROFILE


ADDING EMPLOYMENT RECORD If you didn’t import your profile from LinkedIn or

Facebook, then you’ll be asked to enter your most

recent employment record:

1. Fill out the “Company” name, “Title”, “Start”

and “End” date, if there is no end date, leave

as current in the field

2. Then select “Save Details”


REGISTRATION COMPLETE


Once you’ve completed uploading your profile and

contacts to Reachable, you can now begin using

your account by searching for a person or company,

as well as uploading and creating lists of potential

targets and inviting others to TeamReach.
