2. RATIONALE 3. Is it important to know how intelligent you are in terms of emotion? 4. Is it important to determine the level of your mathematical quotient? 5. 93% Emotional Intelligence 7% IQ/ Skills 6. Emotional intelligence refers to the capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves, and for managing emotions well in us and in our relationships 7. Mathematical Quotient is a measure of mathematical intelligence. Many experts say that this test is a measure of an individual's problem solving ability and somehow a big part to test one persons IQ. 8. OBJECTIVES OneTwoThree Determine the level of EQ of the respondents. Determine the level of the Mathematical quotient (MQ) of the respondents. Determine the relationship of EQ and MQ. 9. The level of the respondents emotional quotient is moderately well. The level of the respondents mathematical quotient is poor. There is no significant relationship between the respondents emotional quotient and mathematical quotient 25. RECOMMENDATIONS 26. 1The campus guidance counselors can use this information to provide special intervention to students who have low EQ to prevent potential at-risk learners who have limited emotional literacy or inappropriate emotionalsocial behavior. 27. A more extensive study using other participants to assess the various indicators related to EQ and MQ.
