    Periodical welder assessment test toverify the ability of welder.

    Provide the visual aid (e.g:welding process, fit up procedureetc) at the working place.

    Monthly progress meeting toupdate for current issues occur foreach of project.

    Create a specific team to analysisevery punch list for each project basedon 5W 1H (What, Who, Where, When,Why & How) or another process analysisthat suitable.

    Analysis and improvement in term ofresources in order to ensure thefabrication process and progress goingsmoothly.

  • Based on the Analysis of Control Element By Category, it shows that the category ofAnalysis is the highest for the element control which is 5 item, follow by element ofAssessment and Centralization Of Information which is 3 item also with Training andImplementation which is 2 item.

    Since the category for Centralization Of Information is one of the element based onthe previous Research & Development analysis, it will be continued further for thecontinuous planning for Research & Development Progress it will be named asINTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEM.

    Based on previous Research & Development or Investigation process from each ofdepartment involved, it was found that the information based on the current statusof progress is not centralized and integrated.

    Objective of Task

    To ensure that the current status progress of project is known with all ofdepartment involved and also department related.
