1. INTRODUCTION
The Logo Use Guidelines have been designed to help RCICs use the ICCRC Member Insignia (the “Insignia”) appropriately on their letterhead, business cards, e-mail signature block, website, display and banners, social media, and in presentations, publications or advertising.
Properly using the Insignia reinforces the image of the profession, promotes brand awareness, and helps stakeholders and members of the public easily identify RCICs.
2. LOGO USE VIOLATIONS
Consistent and proper use of the Insignia is essential to maintaining the integrity of the ICCRC registered trade-marks and logos.
The following examples illustrate unacceptable usage or variations.
Do NOT change the colour of the Insignia (see Section 3 below for a chart of ICCRC’s official colours for the Insignia)
Do NOT distort, stretch or scale the height and width of the Insignia disproportionately

Do NOT combine the Insignia with other elements (e.g., your own business’ name or logo, etc.)
Do NOT crop or remove parts of the Insignia (e.g., making it English-only or French-only, etc.)
3. WEBSITE USE OF MEMBER INSIGNIA
Section 6.4 of the Logo and Trade-Marks Use Regulation states:
Immediately adjacent to, but not interfering with or in anyway altering the appearance of the Member Insignia, there needs to appear the name(s) of the Members – in the exact form as it appears on the certificate of membership – affiliated with the practice or alternatively listed on an “about us” or “our team” webpage where the name(s) of the Members are listed. In addition to listing the names, a live web link must appear on the webpage containing the Member(s) names which connects to the ICCRC public register webpage with the preamble “Verify Status with ICCRC” in English or “Vérifiez le statut auprès du CRCIC” in French.
The following are a few examples of the correct use of the Member insignia on a website support.
