RAHB’s Regional Commercial Council (RCC)Commercial real estate is a unique specialty dealing with an ever evolving marketplace. It is important for commercial practitioners to belong to a strong professional, progres-sive organization dedicated to looking after the unique requirements of the commercial REALTOR®.

The RCC was created and launched in November of 2000 to provide those unique services required by commercial practitioners including smaller Ontario real estate boards/associations that are simply unable to provide such specialized services for a limited number of members.

Through annual strategic planning sessions the RCC defines objectives and sets expec-tations. By challenging itself in this manner the members are able to grow the Council, and remain an effective entity for commercial practitioners.

The RCC currently has Councilors serving on three RAHB Committees, the Government Relations, MLS® & IT, and the Professional Development. This provides representation from a commercial perspective on each of the committees as well as assisting with the development of commercially specialized educations sessions.

In March 2004 the RCC was honoured with the Canadian Real Estate Association’s Canadian Commercial Council’s Awardof Merit. * fees subject to change
