Initially Rod’s role was a 2 day per week position to build our e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and hosted on Learnflex LMS. After a very short time Rod proved his value in many areas of the business and we consequently increased this role to a full time position. Rod has done a fantastic job at building our online education modules. He has worked closely with other team members and created dynamic, engaging modules that have been extremely well received through a positive stream of user testimonials. Such is the quality of his work that other departments within Blackmores began to seek out his services, resulting him also building modules for other corporate divisions. In addition to this core role Rod applied his expertise to a range of other tasks including formatting of collateral, production of event resources both hard copy and web based and a range of other tasks. Rod is skilled at a variety of programs and authoring tools and always ready to step up as required. Rod demonstrated an exceptional ability to be versatile in his workflow and cope incredibly well within a fast paced dynamic work environment. A fantastic team player who can also work autonomously.
