Civil Defence skills are not just for war time emergencies; they are equally useful in the fight against terrorism and applicable during peacetime emergencies.

If there is no Civil Defence, we will not be protected.

We must remain calm against any crisis or challenge.

We must help to report information on any suspicious object or people.

We must help to prevent accidents from happening by following the law.
