As you come with friends, family, or with your partner, our campsite offer fourteen Mobil-homes 4 persons in rental, plus two for 6 persons and a little house. You can opt for our air conditionner range of three Mobil-homes Taos for 4 persons, one Mobil-home PMR for 4 persons, or one of our ten Chalets Standing Haut de Gamme 4 persons for your better confort. You can arrive on Saturday or Sunday, even in High Season.

Camping Accomodation :The camping accomodation includes the place for a tent , a caravan, a car and the access to the sanitary blocks and the services. The pitch is rented from the day of your arrival (from 2 pm in high season, and free arrival in low and mid season) to the day of your departure at 12 pm. For any departure after 12 pm, an extra night must be paid. The definitive pitch will be determinded by the campsite direction the day of your arrival.No camping accomodation are sure. But, 30€ can be add for the choise of a guarantee pitch. 6 persons max. are authorized by pitch.

Vacation Rental: The accomodation is rented from saturday 4 pm to saturday 10 am. During mid and high season stays are only by week, and your arrival and departure are from Saturday to Saturday, or from Sunday to Sunday. Day and hour of arrival free in low season, subject to campsite direction’s agreement. The Mobil-homes are fully-equipped, you will only have to provide the household linen, and to clean before your departure. The accomodations are rent to the persons named on the contracr (children and babies include), the reception can refuse entrance to every sup persons. Any overload can be acceptable.

Payement of your stay : Uppon receipt of your contract and deposit, we will confirm your booking, according to our availability. The deposit (30% of the total price of your stay) will be deducted on your final bill. The balance must be paid the day of your arrival in case of a Mobil-home rental, and at least one day before departure in case of a camping pitch rental. An extension of your stay is possible, only after campsite direction’s agreement.The tourist tax is not included in the deposit, you have to pay it at the campsite with your final bill.

Cancellation or anticipated departure : We advise our customers to take out a subscription to a cancellation policy while proceeding to your reservation. This insurance will pay you back the breach of contract’s damages (see below) according to the terms mentioned in the aforementioned contract. The cancellation will be notified to the campsite by recorded delivery letter enclosed with precise and undeniable justification, and at the latest within 3 days after the event leading to cancellation. In case of cancellation, you will be indebted to the campsite for:-30% of the total amount of your stay, if your cancellation has been reported more than 30 days before your arrival date. (i.e. Your deposit will be kept by the campsite)- le montant total du séjour si l’annulation intervient dans les 30 jours qui précèdent la date initialement prévue de votre arrivée. -The total amount of your stay if your cancellation has been reported within 30 days before your arrival date.(i.e. The campsite will send you the invoice of the balance). If the customer doesn’t come forward within 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, this contract becomes nullified and the campsite direction will dispose of the accomodation.

In case of anticipated departure the customer is indepted to the campsite for the total amount of the initial stay. The campsite will not proceed to any refund.In case of subscription to a cancellation policy, please refer to the insurance contract’s conditions : www.campez-couvert.com

Guaranty : Two guarantees will be asked the day of your arrival for the Mobil-home rental.One of 260 Euro for the furniture and one of 95 Euro for the cleaning. You can also subscribe to a cleaning fee for 60 Euro (80€ for the maisonnette - 6P). This one will be send back to you within 8 days after your departure, after possible deduction for any damaged or missing objects and furniture. The tenant is held responsible for leaving the accomodation in a clean state after his departure. If the mobile-home is not perfectly clean, 95 Euro will be deducted from the deposit.

Swiming-pool : The access to the swimming pool is free but strictly forbiden to people from the outside. Swimming trunks and bracelets are compulsory.

Image rights : You authorize the Camping La Chapoulière to use on any advertising medium the pictures taken during your stay on which you could appear, and this without any financial compensation.

Insurance : It’s up to the camper to insure himself. The campsite cannot be held responsible for roberies, fires, bad weather or for any incident coming within the camper’s personal liability.

Animals : Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are strictly forbiden in the campsite, even kept on a lead or muzzle. Pets are strictly forbiden in the Mobil-homes, in the sanitary blocks and in the swimming pool area. The pet owner must present valid up-to-date passport (immunisation record) of the dog or the cat staying with him. Vaccination against rabbies is compulsory before arrival. Please keep your pets on their lead and clear up their droppings.

Dispute : In case of dispute, the case will be delegated to the Court of competent jurisdiction in Privas. The customer has to follow the clauses indicated in the campsite’s “rules and regulations” and to the safety regulations. Mediation of consumer disputes: In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the process of mediating consumer disputes, the customer has the right to use the free mediation service offered by Camping La Chapoulière. The mediator law of consumption thus proposed is MEDICYS.
