The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) highlighted the telecommunications and information technology record figures achieved during Hajj this year, praising the Kingdom's distinguished infrastructure which has served as many as 2.5 million pilgrims in a specific geographic and situational range.

The Saudi Health Ministry launched the "robot" technology during this Hajj season to offer medical consultations at hospitals and medical centers in Mina, as well as medical caravans. This technology offers medical consultations from any region inside the Kingdom.

water, and allows them to send reports and feedback regarding

This app includes materials for awareness in 15 languages. The library shows a reading percentage of 42%, the visual content a
usage percentage of 18%, and the translated audio content 40%. It also includes a
translated broadcast of the Day of Arafa speech, a live broadcast of the Grand
Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque and a number of services for pilgrims.

The Saudi Arabia Project For Utilization Of Hady & Adahi, providing the ability to buy bonds and track requests online.
A seminar on using the advanced Hajj technologies (Smart Hajj) was organized in Mecca under the patronage of HE Minister of Interior and chairman of the Hajj Supreme Committee.
It stores all the pilgrim's personal data, and allows for service provision (phase 1 included 150K pilgrims).

More than 30m processes for Hajj pilgrims through GSN (during the Hajj period and the first ten days of the Month of Dhu al-Hijjah), with 183 available services and 138 benefiting public entities.
This service allows visitors to videoconference with the Public Prosecute at the Riyadh HQ from holy sites to protect them and facilitate their requests.
3840 food containers, 435 drug containers and 315 medical equipment containers were cleared through the FASAH system at the Jeddah Port to be used during Hajj.
Free notary service for pilgrims and their helpers through field teams in holy places and representatives at the Haram.
Part of the operational plan of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, including 10 areas: visas, reception, transport, housing, accommodation, holy sites, departure, field surveillance and logistics.

Online PermitsPermits could be issued online by residents to enter the Holy Capital for Hajj 1440 AH. Requests could be made and permits printed through Elm platform.
