Tieto contacted RAP as they required assistance in re-locating their company to new premises.

At the first appointment it was established that Tieto were in a building that was ear marked for demolition and a list of requirements wasdrawn up.

*The building had to be local to the existing and within the Maidstone catchment area. *Office to accommodate 35+ personnel with Parking. *Good local amenities inclusive of a bus route.

Tieto were in the building continuing their business within 6 weeks of the project starting. Ongoing new works to enhance the door access systems continued.


Case Study - Balreed

RAP were appointed to deliver a plan of innovative ideas using the current office space to maxiumum potential. Three spaces were planned, a ground floor office, and two further spaces on the mezzanine floor level

RAP were commissioned to space plan, from a full furniture audit previously occupied by the client . In our in house designer presented them with a plan to optimize their new workspace.

Working alongside the Main contractor, the time frame for the project was 6 weeks.

The design was to give a ̀ wow` factor and practicallity which consisted of:

* New boardroom * Small meeting room * Store Cupboard * Taller screen wall * Breakout area & kitchen * New Sales office * Service Director office * Sales meeting room * Full height glazing * bespoke manifestation * Decoration & flooring throughout


Case Study - AEG

Through a tender process., RAP were awarded the contract for the refurbishment of the O2 Pavillion Cafe.

Working with Space Consulting (Project Administrator) we moved “Time Warner Group” from Canary Wharf to the newly refurbished office once complete

First phase undertaken was the dilapidations of the existing cafe and complete design and fit-out over an eight week period.


Case Study - AEG

The project comprises of removal of existing Cafe catering area, exhibition stands, lighting and flooring. Then the creation of conference room, glazed offices, breakout area and reception. In total 517 sqm of office accommodation for 66 staff.

The project was completed September 1st 2008.
