I provide technical expertise (epidemiologic and clinical background) necessary to address the racially disproportionate causes of infant death in Kalamazoo through building and constructing comprehensive infant mortality registry to measure the comparative effectiveness/efficacy of various care coordination models upon racial and socioeconomic health disparities and conducting cost-benefit analyses associated with short, moderate and long-term health outcomes.
