We hope you join us on Sunday for the Race in support Breast Cancer fighters and survivors. On November 19th, we will host our third ―Share the Harvest‖ Feast for those in need. Mesa's goal is to feed 1600 people and provide the families with food baskets to take home for the Thanksgiving Holiday. From the ―Share the Harvest‖ event, Mesa staff, classes, clubs and groups will adopt families for the holidays for the third year and provide needed items and pre- sents for the children. We are having a school-wide food drive competition in second period classes. If you would like to donate food items, please have your student take those items to their 2nd period class. If you are interested in helping with the feast, contact Mike Stowe at [email protected] . Lastly, we would appreciate parent support in ensuring all students have needed items when they come to school daily. Our receptionist and office staff receive hundreds of items daily that need to be given to students. The office staff will not interrupt the classroom and instruction to call students to the office to accept deliveries. Also, we would appreciate parent support in cur- tailing the delivery of fast food items. We understand there are special occasions and emergen- cies, but the office has been inundated with deliveries. We appreciate your cooperation and support!
