HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar and is observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting to commemorate the first revelation of the Holy Quran to Prophet Mohammed (P.B.U.H) RAMADAN 2017 The Forecast for 2017 is that the Holy month of Ramadan may begin on 27th May, 2017 and would go on till 25th June, 2017. SUHOOR EVENING ‘Suhoor’ is the term referring to the meal before the fast begins in the morning. This is usually in continuation to ‘Iftar’ which is the meal consumed after offering prayers in the evening after a day long of fasting.

The Moroccan Majlis is ideal for spaces that do not permit the use of large tents or areas that have a low height clearance. The Majlis offers

the best in comfort and comprises of Traditional Moroccan Couches,

2 side tables, 1 coffee table with Arabic Lanterns and props.

KUNAFA / BAKLAVA BAR

The existing bar can be converted into a Kunafa / Baklava Bar.

Kunafa is a Levantine cheese pastry soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup. Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped

nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey. The

setup would include Ottoman Arches while the bar slab shall have

Aluminium Trays and Dishes to place the Kunafa / Baklava.

SIT DOWN MAJLIS

The sit-down Majlis is the most authentic of the Arabian tradition and culture. These can be made

available in limited numbers as only a selected few may opt for this keeping

in view the floor level seating. The setup comprises of Moroccan Rug as a base, Floor Level Moroccan padded

seating with arm-rests, Coffee Cushion in the center with props.
