SCOPE OF SERVICES

RAM Network Services is a highly-reliable EF&I fiber optic focused telecommunications construction company.

RAM provide qualified test and turn-up engineers capable of commissioning most optical transport equipment by utilizing state of the art test equipment.

We provide a broad portfolio of installation services including AC and DC power and Rack and Cabinet installation.

RAM can provide upon request, additional service to include but not limited to, site surveys, project management resources.

These services are provided to help our clients complete projects on or under budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

RAM Network Services can provide project management resources including:

- documentation supporting all phases of the project

SITE SURVEY

The assessment phase includes confirmation of initial site infrastructure. RAM will provide feedback on the following:

- MOPs relating to customer provided SOW (Upon request )- Physical description of equipment room, layout diagram or sketches and photos- Develop rack diagrams- Evaluate AC and DC power specifications and requirements and proper grounding- Cable- and fiber-route management- Reviewing installed equipment and hardware with customer or

other certified equipment personnel- Documentation supporting that survey work has been completed

INSTALLATION SERVICES

-Provide installations at various hours during the day.

-Furnish all labor, tools, test equipment, supervision and upon request, all incidental materials to properly install, test and turn-up and commission all equipment, grounding system, fiber connectors and jumpers including cross connects

-Fiber trouble shooting

-RAM will furnish photos of completed sites
