head quartered in New Delhi and is operational in the less penetrated North Central part of

India (Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand,

Chhatisgarh, Odisha and Punjab). Fusion primarily works in rural areas having limited

presence of financial services. Fusion has 60%- 70% of its clients from rural areas and

Job Assignment includes

To ensure compliance with laid down policies and procedures in all the 32 Branches

of Bihar

To monitor the systems and processes independently and ensure that internal

controls are working properly in the organization

Make recommendations for better control & ensure that all the irregularities are

rectified during the tenure of audit itself.

Manage a Team of 32 Audit Officers and 4 Assistant Managers.

Keep a Tab on Portfolio and other issues if any.
