Flight Delays Reschedule orCancellations

At any time after a Booking has been made, we maychange our schedules and/or cancel, terminate, divert,postpone, reschedule or delay any flight where wereasonably consider this to be justified by circumstancesbeyond our control, or for reasons of safety, or forcommercial reasons. Circumstances beyond IndiGo'scontrol can include, without limitation, weather, air trafficcontrol, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, acts ofnature, force majeure, strikes, riots, wars, hostilities,disturbances, governmental regulations, orders,demands or requirements, shortages of criticalmanpower, parts or materials, labour unrest etc. If anIndiGo flight is cancelled, rescheduled or delayed formore than three hours (depending on the length of the

journey), a Customer shall have to right to choose arefund; or a credit for future travel on IndiGo; or re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additionalcost (subject to availability); subject to the requirementsunder the local laws of the country in which the flight hasbeen cancelled, rescheduled or delayed.

In the special case in which a subsequent portion of anIndiGo flight is cancelled while a Customer is already intransit, such Customer shall have the right to choose toremain at the transit station and to be re-booked onto analternative IndiGo flight to the final destination at noadditional cost subject to availability; or to remain at thetransit station and accept a partial refund for the portionof the flight not completed; or to return to the point oforigin and receive a refund; or a credit for future travelon IndiGo; or re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flightat no additional cost subject to availability. We stronglyrecommend all Customers to provide correct phone andemail address, to enable us to inform of flight delays orcancellations in unforeseen cases.
