Our design process is based on the intellectual input about the organization's brand,product, awareness, competition, target customers and policies.

The information collected in the Stage I is than analysed by our team and theorganization's representative on which the designing aspect is based upon.

The concept is created on the basis of the output of Stage II. This concept becomesthe foundation for further design process.

Jai LakshwaniManaging Director

Jai co-Founded Raiden Design Xpress and has been working with the company as MD. Heis a Hellenic Example of highly focused, energetic and young entrepreneur. He has morethan two years of experience in Entrepreneurship. He always believes in creatingopportunities.

Raiden Design Xpress is his second creation in his entrepreneurial journey. Firstly he wasassociated with a non-profit organization “GreenForSD” as founder and president. Withastounding way of leadership and zeal to work, Jai managing brand loyalty in corporate andbuilding strong business relations. He has always been passionate about role of theeducation in human life. He is a gadget freak guy. He loves tweeting, photography, travellingand a mug of coffee on his desk. Follow him @JaiLakshwani

Kishor co-founded Raiden Design Xpress and he has been actively associated with thecompany as the Director and the Chief Financial Officer. He has more than twenty year ofexperience in domestic business and textile industry. He has always believed in power of thealmighty and spirituality.He is responsible for managing legal advice for the company andmonitor production at ground level.

He loves to colligate at ground social activities and loves reading books on spirituality.

Jitesh LakshwaniM.D., CEO, Creative Head

Jitesh co-founded Raiden Design Xpress and he has been actively associated withcompany as M.D., CEO and Creative Head. He has more than seven years of experience indesign industry as a consultant and a creative designer. He has worked on number of designand creative projects for some eminent companies like LG, Samsung, Religare, Himalaya,Tata Indicom, Tata Motors, Maruti (MGP), Luxor, TCS, GMR, etc. He is a specialist in designand production of Kiosks, POPs, Exhibition Stalls and Retail Outlet.

He loves photography, traveling and want to have every newly launched high-tech gadget inhis hand.
