73 YO S/P PRIOR LEFT HEPATECTOMY WITH MULTIPLE RIGHT HEPATIC HCC
• ECOG O, Childs Pugh A• Left Hepatectomy 2007• T Bili 0.5, Alk Phos 81, AST 56, ALT 42• Non alcoholic• No prior chemotherapy
Two months later…
• Pt presents with ascites, jaundice, fatigue• MRI performed • Labs obtained
REILD
• Presents as jaundice and ascites 1-2 months post RE in the absence of tumor progression or bile duct occlusion
• Cirrhosis and exposure to prior chemotherapy have been shown to be predictors of REILD
