Railway Network Traveling by train is flexible in modern day society because the opportunities for destination travel are endless. Virtually any town larger than about 50,000 inhabitants has a railway station with frequent connections in Europe.

Station NetworkRailway stations normally serve as hubs for local transportation, such as buses, subways, and taxis. In addition, stations may provide convenient services including restaurants, retail shops, and various facilities. Since transfers are especially fast and convenient all over Europe, many of these stations are in great use. (source : image by Darkroom Daze)
