As founder of R|MILLER over 30 years ago, Rob credits the success of his company to delivering on

commitment. Integrity and relationship building have earned him industry respect and a repeat client

base. In addition to his extensive knowledge of commercial, office, industrial, and retail construction

Rob understands that a company is made up of more than an individual. He has assembled a team of

highly capable and motivated professionals with comprehensive knowledge in all phases of commercial

construction. Rob lends his expert leadership, guidance and high-level supervision to our senior project

manager and individual project managers in every project R|MILLER builds.

PETER MEYERSenior Project Manager

Peter provides management and direction for all of the project managers and superintendents at

R|MILLER. One of his main roles is to develop a high level project plan and approach for each project

which he then communicates to the client and team. With over 18 plus years of experience, Peter has

been responsible for the successful management and supervision of large scale commercial, office,

retail and industrial type projects. Peter specializes in difficult projects with tight schedules and

budgets. He can take projects from concept to completion using a variety of construction methods

designed to optimize efficiency and timing without sacrificing quality. Peter earned a degree in

Construction Management and continues to keep himself informed of the industryÕ s best practices and

latest innovations.

LOCATION: Snoqualmie, WA

SIZE: 19,045 Square Feet

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

R|Miller was the general contractor for the tenant improvement of King County's Department of Permitting and Environmental Review's

new offices in Snoqualmie. Our team collaborated with the building owners, King County staff, and the design team to complete this

project within the budget while meeting King County's move in date. The scope of work included interior demolition, construction of

interior working and office spaces, substantial HVAC and electrical upgrades, and modifications to the existing fire protection and life

safety systems. In addition, the project included many sustainable features including reclaimed wood countertops, efficient energy

management controls, exposed polished concrete floors, efficient layout to utilize natural daylight, low VOC paints and adhesives, and

construction re-use of several existing items.

Demolition of the existing entry, acoustical ceilings, and floating floors in preparation for the tenant improvements. 9,000 SF build out

including reception area, offices, conference room, break room with kitchen, education room, and server room. HVAC, electrical, plumbing

and fire sprinkler system reconfiguration. Project included sustainable material selection for low VOC interior finishes. Project was

completed within budget and tenant move in date.

LOCATION: Federal Way, WA

SIZE: 16,000 Square Feet

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Project scope was a commercial tenant improvement of 16,000 square feet of office and additional building lobby alterations to

accommodate an aerospace, avionics and electronics company. Project included demolition of existing walls, electrical, finishes, and the

relocation of a metal stairwell, emergency generator, and transfer switches. Other construction services included installation of new wall

layout, electrical circuitry, finishes, lobby features, and HVAC modifications. One of the major challenges with this project was the relocation

of the buildings critical systems uninterrupted power supply. This work required a high level of management and scheduling by R|MILLERÕ s

project managers to ensure the relocation was completed quickly with minimal disruption to the existing tenants within the building.

LOCATION: Tulalip, WA

SIZE: 7,200 Square Feet

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Tulalip RAM Restaurant & Brewery was a full ground up construction of a 7000 square foot restaurant next to the outlet mall near

Marysville. This project was fast tracked and completed in 113 working days in order to get the restaurant open for business and generating

cash flow for the owners. R|Miller crews self-performed all of the carpentry work related to framing and millwork for the project. Unique

features of the RAM include a steel radius roof dining area, hanging wood clouds in the bar, stained concrete floors, extensive detailed

millwork, energy efficient LED lighting, and high-end AV equipment.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

R|Miller was contracted by the building owners to complete a full interior renovation for this four-story, 50,000+ square foot, historic build-

ing in downtown Seattle. Improvements included demolition of interior walls and construction of new office space, new flooring through-

out, and interior paint per the finish schedule. The building also required a complete overhaul of the HVAC systems and front end-controls,

electrical systems, and fire sprinkler system. An interesting feature of this project included the conversion of the building's original theater

space into a contemporary auditorium for the new tenant.

Demolition of the existing space in preparation for the tenant improvements. Full build out including new wall layout, offices, conference

rooms, server room, and provisions for server equipment. HVAC improvements and cooling systems for server rooms, electrical, plumbing,

and fire sprinkler system reconfiguration. Project was completed within budget and without schedule alterations.
