looking for a place for Invest ¬ ment He had just taken a trip thru I Mexico and was greatly Impressed I with Its future possibilities in the construction of new lines of railroad making an outlet for its production of raw material With this thought in i mind on his return home he sum moned one of his trusty lieutenants- and ordered him to proceed to Mexico spend a year there and give that country
