Collision-Prevention device

Motion SensorThe sensor senses any people walking in and activates the door

■ Detailed Instruction of Assembly
A. Lifting Drum a. First thing you have to do is using Cable Lift to lifting drum and connect it with two walls
by fixing 6 bolts (Please refer to Picture A)by fixing 6 bolts. (Please refer to Picture A)b. If you can not find Cable Lift, please make a support to connect chain block that can lift
drum and hole. (Please refer to Picture B)

Picture B: Cannot be used of Cable Lift, please make a support as , p ppthe above picture and use chain black to lift drum.
B. Assembling Drum to Wall and fixing it to the floor slaba. As the picture below, using Cable Lift or Chain Block to lift drum and connect drum with walls by fixing bolts to six holes.

c. You should put temporary support, such as bricks andthin steel sheets, between buttom and floor line, in orderto hold walls and drum. This process is the most importantfor installing revolving door because you should makewalls flat. Using a level, please check whether level is okay.If walls are flat please use flatIf walls are flat, please use flat bars or rod bar to weld between anchor bolt and Verticalframes. Walls must be buried 20mm below the floor Line.

C. Installing Lower Bearing a. Installing four or five Anchor Bolts where you bury Lower Bearing. b. Using flat bar or Rod bar to weld Lower Bearing and Anchor bolts. You must level out Lower
Bearing using a level. Making correct level is the most important job. c. Lower Bearing must be installed 15mm higher than Floor Line and Precious level out is the most
important, so using a level, please make correct level.
