The college conducts guest lectures, educational tours and has continuous interaction with industries right from its inception. In addition to its conventional academic teaching, the management is keen on conducting seminars, conferences, assignments, case-analysis, practical training, paper presentation, workshop practice, projects and association activities of the concerned departments.
The college bestows an erudite atmosphere with a focus on professional ethics to support formal education of the students. The Trust Technology and its rapid strides make it imperative that the training of
professionals is vital to the country's growth. Bearing this in mind,
Ranganathan Rajeswari Charitable Trust (RRCT) has initiated the noble
gesture of starting the Ranganathan Educational Institutions.
The Trust was launched by Dr.P.Tamilarasi Murugesan with a view to
establish a centre of excellence in Technical Education in Coimbatore.
She is an experienced academician having over 30 years of experience
in education. She has travelled extensively all over the world and
exposed to best educational practices. The Co Founder of the Trust, Dr.
R.Murugesan has nearly 4 decades of experience in Engineering
education at various levels starting from lecturer to Vice chancellor of
the then Anna University of Technology, Madurai. Presently he is the
president of Indian Society for Technical Education, New Delhi. He is an
active member of various professional bodies and he served as District
Governor of Lions Clubs International. His vision ensures the very best
of education is imparted to the next generation in this institution...

The college is sprawling over an extensive 15 acres of
land amidst a serene environment. It is established at
REC Kalvi Nagar, near Thondamuthur, which is very close
to Coimbatore city limits. It is easily accessible by public
transport. The climate is conducive throughout the year
as it is in the lap of nature and surrounded by western
ghats.

Separate hostels are available for boys
and girls. Clean rooms and hygienic
environment make an ideal stay away
from home. The hostels also have a
recreation hall, multi-gym and provision
for a variety of indoor games. Students
in the hostels have access to everyday
conveniences and enjoy watching films
during weekends. The mess facilities in
the hostels are designed to meet
international hygiene standards. Steam
cookers and sterilized equipments are
used to prepare wholesome healthy
food.
