Ordering & Coordination: Wall paneling is provided by Elkay Interior Systems (purchased through Central Purchasing). EIS does a good faith estimate of the number of sheets and trim needed based on the total square footage of Wall Paneling area and measurements of the trim areas, plus a 20% waste factor. Requests for additionalwall panels and trim that deviate from the EIS estimate of 20% overage will be billed separately, directly to the GC per McD guidelines. If timing and space allows, EIS will make a good faith effort to minimize freight charges by bundling with the S&D or original Wall Paneling shipment, however EIS reserves the right to charge
if a dedicated shipment is required. It is required that the GC has a forklift, adequate staffing and/or other equipment onsite to unload the pallets of wall paneling. The driver is not responsible for unloading the wall paneling. The length of the pallets of wall paneling will prohibit the use of a liftgate to offload product.
