Recruitment & Search Activities

We provide a very comprehensive range of both Recruitment and Search Solutions to our Client Organizations (Telecommunications, IT / Software, ITES / BPO and Pharmaceutical Industries).

Our expertise lies in the Recruitment of Technical, Operations, Management and Support Positions across the Junior, Middle and Senior Levels (Telecommunications, IT / Software and ITES / BPO Industries).

What is Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a World-wide Business Concept, where by an External Services Provider acts as a Company's Internal Recruitment Function for a part or all of its jobs, tasks or activities.

The External Services Provider (RPO Provider) manages the entire Recruitment and Selection (Hiring) Process, right from Job Profiling up till On-boarding of the New Recruits (New Hires).

The range of Services provided also includes an MIS on Staff Data, Skill Sets, Technology, Methodology and Reports.

A successfully managed RPO will improve a Company's time to hire (TAT), increase the Quality of the Candidates, provide verifiable Performance Metrics, reduce significant Costs and improve Governmental Compliance.
