GUEST CERTIFICATE• Guest Certificate Redemption @ 7,200 QVI Points per transaction on QVI Points website regardless of

the length of stay or duration• Cannot be resold to end users and exchange for cash from the end users

CANCELLATION• All redemptions are subject to a cancellation policy. Some are NON-REFUNDABLE or CANCELLABLE
