This month we feature another project done in conjunction with the Moolman Group, namely Rustenburg Mall. Rustenburg Mall will open in 2020 and is located next to the Central Business District and merely 500 meters from the busiest taxi rank in South Africa with more than 7 000 taxi’s operating from the facility. The shopping centre will serve both the massive commuter market and the approximately 80 000 households within a 5-kilometre radius. AND THE BIG WINNER THIS MONTH IS… This month, you will notice, there is a focus on the Company, as we stand at the precipice of the new year and reflect on how we are doing in the bigger scheme of things. Recently Head Office had the opportunity to host D’Anvo Jones (Divisional Executive of Property Finance at Nedbank) in doing a presentation on the current state of our economy. With a bleak picture painted it was, however, very encouraging to see how Twin City has performed against the market over the past year. As can be seen, we are outperforming the market, and this is both something to be extremely grateful for and the ideal juncture to congratulate all of you reading this in making the above possible. To a prosperous 2019 we go! SIGNING OFF 2018 IN STYLE On the 23rd of November, the Company had the privilege to celebrate 2018 at Moonshot Café before being treated to Afrikaans is Groot at the Time Square Arena.
